Save yourself some time when checking in your items to sell by filling our our check-in form at home. Follow these steps.
- Grab our check-in form.
- Print it out.
- Fill out the name, address, phone information at the top. It’s important that we have your correct mailing address, because we will mail you a check for any items you sell.
- In the lower section, for each item you want to put in the sale fill out:
- Description - Be as descriptive as possible, include size, color, brand as appropriate
- Price - The price you want to sell the item for. Remember, we take a 20% commission on each sale.
- Donate - Check this box if you want to donate the item if it does not sell.
- Leave the barcode # blank, we’ll fill this in when you bring your equipment in to the swap.
- If you fill up a whole sheet, print out another copy and continue filling out the lower section with your additional items. You don’t need to fill out the top part more than once.
- Bring the completed form along with your equipment to the swap. Check-in is Thursday 3–8PM, Friday Noon-6PM, and Saturday 9AM-Noon. It’s best to bring in your gear on Thursday or Friday so that it’s on the floor when the sale opens on Saturday. The busiest time for sales is Saturday morning.
