Save yourself some time when checking in your items to sell by filling our our check-in form at home. Follow these steps.

1. Grab our check-in form.
2. Print it out.
3. Fill out the name, address, phone information at the top. It’s important that we have your correct mailing address, because we will mail you a check for any items you sell.
4. In the lower section, for each item you want to put in the sale fill out:
   • Description - Be as descriptive as possible, include size, color, brand as appropriate
   • Price - The price you want to sell the item for. Remember, we take a 20% commission on each sale.
   • Donate - Check this box if you want to donate the item if it does not sell.
   • Leave the barcode # blank, we’ll fill this in when you bring your equipment in to the swap.
5. If you fill up a whole sheet, print out another copy and continue filling out the lower section with your additional items. You don’t need to fill out the top part more than once.
6. Bring the completed form along with your equipment to the swap. Check-in is Thursday 3–8PM, Friday Noon-6PM, and Saturday 9AM-Noon. It’s best to bring in your gear on Thursday or Friday so that it’s on the floor when the sale opens on Saturday. The busiest time for sales is Saturday morning.
